Terms of Use

Interim policy drafted for launch and pending review by Indigenous Education, Inc.'s counsel. Last updated July 2026.
About this site
This website is informational. It describes the Cobell Scholarship, the application process, eligibility, deadlines, and the stories of Cobell Scholars. It does not itself award scholarships or make eligibility determinations.
Scholarship eligibility, application requirements, deadlines, and award decisions are governed by the official Cobell Scholarship program materials and the terms IEI publishes for each award cycle. Where anything on this site differs from those official materials, the official program materials control.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Program details can change, and we may update or correct content at any time. Always confirm dates, eligibility, and requirements against the official program materials before relying on them.
